Scheduling
We suggest that you reserve your next appointment prior to leaving.
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals but cannot guarantee the service if you are 15 minutes or more delayed. Calling ahead provides us a better opportunity to accommodate your late arrival.
Staff
Each of our stylists are evaluated and
compensated based on a level system. This
system tracks and
monitors goals based upon each stylist's level for such
categories as services performed,
request rates and retail sales.
This
system is a long-term process, but is entirely
goal and performance based. Stylists know exactly what they need to do to attain the
next level. Promotions are merit-based and it is up to each individual stylist
to have the drive to consistently meet their service goals.
For your benefit, our employees work as a team. Should you wish to try a different team member, please let us know.
Cancellation Policy
In an effort to better serve our guests, we ask that you phone at least 24 hours prior to your service appointment for cancellations.
Spa Packages
A credit card deposit is required to schedule Spa Packages. We ask that if you need to cancel your Spa Package appointment that you do so at least 72 hours prior to your appointment time. NOTE: If your Spa Package is cancelled less than a 72 hour notice, your deposit will be forfeited and applied as a service charge to your credit card. Spa Packages can be tailored to fit your needs, however prices may vary.
Payment Policy
We accept Cash, Personal Checks, Travelers Checks, Mastercard, and Visa as well as High Maintenance Gift Cards.
Gift Cards
Redeemable for all Salon Services, Salon Products & Day Spa Services. Purchase at High Maintenance Gift Cards at our Peak Sports Club location. They are not redeemable for cash (including tips) .
Tipping
Tipping is not required, but most appreciated.
